Shipping Region

We can ship to most countries in the world. You can also check the delivery area on the checkout page. To check if the shipment is available to your country, please enter the check out the page by adding the product to your shopping cart.

There may be some regions and countries that we have not yet opened the delivery service. If your shipping address is located in these areas, please contact our support team for help.

 

Shipping Time

All the order will need 2-4 business days for preparation and package, not including Saturday and Sunday. We will send you an email when your order has shipped. (If you have not received the email, please check the Junk Email folder or check whether the email has been rejected. Contact us if you still have not received the tracking number.)

The products will arranged from our overseas warehouse ( in EU, US, etc.)in advance in general.

A shipment usually takes 3-12 business days to arrive, and can take longer than expected date due to an invalid address, the customs clearance procedures or other causes.

After shipping, you can track your order. Gadgetplus currently does not provide online tracking services. Please check on the professional logistics inquiry website according to the tracking number we sent you, or contact our support team support@gadgetplus.com to get the shipping status of your order.

 

Shipping Fee

We offer free shipping on orders of $50 or more. If your order does not qualify for free shipping, the shipping fee will be shown on the check out page once the order is settled.

 

About Tax

Shipments from all of our warehouses are delivery duty unpaid. Shipping rates are estimates and may depend on different policies and tax rates applied per country of import. Taxes apply for imported goods/services and is regulated by the local countries law. Please contact your local customs authority for more information. Therefore, any and all customs or import duties may be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. If any, these charges must be paid by the customers. Customers take full liability for all return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes.

 

Shipping Notice

When you place an order, be sure to enter the correct name, address, and contact information so that we can deliver your items successfully. Please note that we are unable to ship to PO Boxes.

For special shipping requests, please contact GadgetPlus Support. Please confirm your address before payment. If you enter the wrong address, please contact GadgetPlus Support in a timely manner. We will contact logistics personnel to solve the problem. GadgetPlus orders can only be shipped to the country where the order is placed. If you ask to change the address after the order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that your order will be updated. In addition, you are responsible for all possible risks and expenses caused by changing the address after the order has been shipped.
