Where can you deliver the package to? 

We can ship to most countries in the world. You can also check the delivery area on the checkout page.

Countries not shipped to include: Saudi, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Argentina, Kenya, Turkey, Nepal, Pakistan.

To check if the shipment is available to your country, please enter the check out the page by adding the product to your shopping cart. 


What shipping method is used?

GadgetPlus uses DHL/UPS for most deliveries.

Please note that although we do ship worldwide, some orders are subject to additional customs inspections or duties upon delivery.

Regrettably, we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes.


How long will my order take to ship?

Once your order is placed, it will be shipped within 2 working days. Delivery will generally take 3 to 10 working days, depending on location. 

We will send you an email when your order has shipped. (If you have not received the email, please check the Junk Email folder or check whether the email has been rejected. Contact us if you still have not received the tracking number.)

Note: All pre-order products will be delivered in about 30 days after ordering.

The products will be arranged from our overseas warehouse ( in US, etc.)in advance in general.

You can always check the status of your order by logging in to your account.


How much will it cost to ship my order?

Shipping price varies depending on the customer’s location. Please take note of the applicable shipping fee when you place your order.


Can I cancel my order once it has been placed?

Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel an order if it has already been shipped. However, you can return the package to us after it has been received. 

Please contact our support team to return it and please include your name, order number and reason for return on the package or box.


How can I track my order?

Your account will show that your order is “completed” once your order is confirmed and verified. When the order is shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number that you can use to track your package on the website of the shipping company.


How much tax will I need to pay?

Taxes may apply for imported goods/services and are regulated by the local countries' law. GadgetPlus is not responsible for any tax invoice charged on its products or services.

Shipping rates are estimates and may depend on different policies and tax rates applied per country of import. please contact your local customs authority for more information. all return costs caused by failure to sign for packages/ products will be the responsibility of the customer and not GadgetPlus.

Please be aware that orders may be subject to additional import tax and duty once the order reaches its designated country. As GadgetPlus has no control over these charges, you must bear the cost of any additional import taxes and duty fees.
