Refund & Refund Policy

You can request our Return & Refund Service:

Within 14 calendar days of receiving, the product must be new (never been used) and in its original carton with all the packing materials, manuals etc.

Within 14 calendar days of receiving a product if the product has a manufacturing defect.

 

Return & Refund Service will not be provided where:

Products not purchased from gadgetplus.com.

More than 14 calendars days after receiving a product.

A product sent to GadgetPlus for Return & Refund Service does not include all original accessories, attachments or packaging, or any item is not in new or like-new condition.

A legal proof of purchase, receipt or invoice is not provided or is reasonably believed to have been forged or tampered with.

Any fault or damage of the product is caused by personal reasons, such as improper installation or operation.

Product labels, serial numbers, waterproof marks, etc. show signs of tampering or alteration.

Damage is caused to the product by uncontrollable external factors, including fire, floods, high winds or lightning strikes.

A product is not delivered to GadgetPlus within 14 calendar days after Return & Refund Service confirmation is sent from GadgetPlus.

Return & Refund Instructions

If you would like to apply for a return and refund, please contact us within 14 calendar days of receiving your product(s).

Please contact GadgetPlus support at support@gadgetplus.com and send us detail information as below so that we can confirm your order and deal with your after-sale problems more quickly:

We will process your return and refund application within two working days after receiving your email. Customers may ship back returns with their own shipping methods however for your protection, we recommend using United Parcel Service (UPS), FedEx or insured parcel post for return shipments. Additionally, we recommend that customers who decide to make a return on their own request a tracking number from the shipper for their records.

 

Refund Time

Refunds will be processed using the same method that was used to make the payment. The refund process will be completed in about 7-14 business days, depending on the bank or credit card issuer.

 

Return Shipping Costs

GadgetPlus shall bear the freight for return and replacement caused by product quality problems; For non-quality problems, customers need to pay for return shipping fee.

 

Replacement Policy

You can request our Replacement Service within 14 calendar days of receiving the product if the product suffers performance failure.

 

Replacement Service will not be provided where:

Products not purchased from gadgetplus.com.

More than 14 calendars days after receiving a product.

A product sent to GadgetPlus for Replacement Service does not include all original accessories, attachments or packaging, or any item is not in new or like-new condition.

A legal proof of purchase, receipt or invoice is not provided or is reasonably believed to have been forged or tampered with.

Product labels, serial numbers, waterproof marks, etc. show signs of tampering or alteration.

Damage is caused to the product by uncontrollable external factors, including fire, floods, high winds or lightning strikes.

A product is not delivered to GadgetPlus within 14 calendar days after Return & Refund Service confirmation is sent from GadgetPlus.

Proof of damage during transit issued by the carrier cannot be provided.

Replacement Instructions

If you would like to replace products, please contact our After-Sales team at www.gadgetplus.com/support within 14 calendar days of receiving the products.

 

We will process your replacement application within two working days after receiving your message. Replacement Shipping Costs

Gadgetplus shall be responsible for the two-way replacement freight for any products sent in for replacement due to performance faults.

 

Warranty Policy

GadgetPlus offers one-year free repair warranty. You can apply for our product warranty service if there is a performance failure during the effective warranty period.

 

Warranty Service will not be provided where:

Natural product degradation through wear and tear, along with breakage/damage during use, is solely the customer's responsibility and is not covered by our warranties.

If the customer has damaged/misused the item(s), the product's warranty is immediately rendered void. No compensation is available in such cases. However, customers are welcome to contact us to purchase a replacement or spare parts (if applicable). We will charge the original value of the components and a shipping fee to dispatch them.

 

Notes:

All returns and replacements must first be authorized by Gadgetplus Support Team prior to return or replacement. For incomplete return or warranty requests, Gadgetplus reserves the right to refuse any compensation. If the customer has returned the package without prior authorization, sends to the wrong address, returns an incorrect item, or submits an empty package, then again Gadgetplus reserves the right to refuse any compensation.
